At the south edge of Winthrop, it is an easy walk to the grocery store and other conveniences and a less than a five-minute drive (or short bike ride) to the ice rink and MVSTA ski/bike trail heads. For a more leisurely outing, just one more minute (or short walk/bike over the suspension bridge) and you are in town with access to all the cafes, restaurants,bookstore,and more.
Antler Ridge, within the Cascade Condominiums complex, is a beautifully decorated, 1840 square foot, 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhouse. Local art is featured throughout the condo. On the main floor is a fully equipped kitchen with separate dining area. The cozy living room has a leather couch and two reclining chairs, a stone gas fireplace, a Smart TV with Dish, and A/C unit. A half bath is off the living room. There is 20 MB high speed internet for your personal use or for working remotely. A washer/dryer is off the kitchen.
Three bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a King 'Sleep Number bed, another Smart TV with Dish, A/C, and its own bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a full bathroom upstairs. All bedrooms have fans.
Antler Ridge is the far-end unit of a cul-de-sac which allows more privacy and quiet. The east-facing deck, just off the living area, has comfy deck furniture, valley views in the distance, and a large stained-glass mosaic art panel. It is a relaxing spot in the morning to enjoy a hot cup of coffee and watch the day begin. In the afternoon, enjoy a cool beverage while cooking outside with the propane BBQ. AntlerRidge has a one-car garage with auto door opener.
The Methow Valley is a fun, adventurous place with the largest cross-country ski system in North America. These same trails provide an amazing network of hiking and biking trails from spring through fall. The local rivers (Methow, Chewuch, and Twisp Rivers) are popular for rafting, tubing, and fishing.Several lakes, including Lake Patterson for fishing, paddle boarding and swimming, are about ten minutes by car.Need lodging for a larger group?
