Aspen Breeze Condominium is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, rambler style vacation condo located on the south edge of Winthrop. It can provide lodging accommodations for up to 6 guests.

The unit has a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, 32" HDTV in master bedroom; air conditioning, and deck with cross-valley view. Garage is not available for guest use.

You can ski and bike right outside the front door! The ski trail access is just .7 miles. There are great little hills for sledding during the winter.

Easy summer and winter access off Highway 20. Enjoy the convenience of being in town without the hassle. The grocery store and restaurants are an easy stroll away, and the downtown shops are within 1/2 mile.

Two bedrooms are on the main level, each with a Queen bed. The third, upstairs, bedroom is an office/bedroom with a futon couch.

Aspen Breeze has high-speed wireless internet, and they have unlimited US phone calls from the home phone.
